My Crohn’s disease is in remission! Just got my poop test results. My Calprotectin levels dropped from almost 300 in December, to the lowest discernible now. Hallelujah!

New Heterodorx podcast! Episode 128: Autoandrophilia with Aaron Terrell After Nina welcomes self-described autoandrophile and pervert advocate Aaron “The Contraaron” Terrell with a deliberate misgendering, the two adult human females discuss male sexuality while actual male Corinna mostly bites his tongue. Topics include Terrell’s surprising shift from hetero- to homosexuality on exogenous testosterone, pretty privilege, internet porn, eating disorders, autogynephobia, fertility signals, sexual dimorphism, pseudo-attraction, political religion, autism, twitter kerfuffles, and enforcement of the purity of the word “lesbian.” Terrell not only has the most lesbian cred of the three (female with a female partner) but also the most testosterone! This episode offers more than enough to offend everyone.

My blood levels are all normal except really high glucose which means either I was supposed to fast for this and they forgot to tell me (I went right after breakfast) or all my juice is giving me diabetes. View quoted note →

I enjoyed this conversation with Leslie Elliott: art, pronouns, mobs, cults, grief, environmentalism, youth, television, and more.

There is no love like the love of a 55-year-old artist for her 18-year-old journal-writing self. ❤️🥰💕 image

Today was the day of my mom’s big move to the “independent living” senior place a mile away. The movers put her furniture and art and heavy stuff in a big truck and toodled off. They’re still unpacking over there while I console the poor cats, who are waiting at the window for her to return.
