As a trauma therapist, I started a breath work training course today. A focus on breath allows my clients to engage their parasympathetic responses, regulate emotion and make better choices about how they want to be, and what they want to experience. Interestingly, I learnt that ‘conspiracy’ means ‘breathing together’.
