There are 4 types of wealth:
1. Financial wealth (money)
2. Social wealth (status)
3. Time wealth (freedom)
4. Physical wealth (health)
Bitcoin is for 1 & 3.
NOSTR helps with 2 (and maybe 1 in the future).
But you need to be lifting weights and eating healthy for 4. No way around it.

Bitcoin’s primary culture is proof of work. Taking the burden of responsibility. Thinking for yourself and standing up for what you believe in.
Only in this fiat timeline are these undesirable traits.

Gotta feel for the people who've pre-emptively banned themselves from Bitcoin just in case there are rule changes in the future.

Web3 *MAY* have a future, yes I know:
-DeFi turned out to be a Ponzi
-NFTs were 95% wash trading & 5% speculation
-NOSTR proves you dont need a token to be decentralised
-They're illegal securities
-Bitcoin makes them all redundant
So yeah, Web3 definitely isn’t gonna happen
'Bitcoin uses too much energy I prefer fiat'
How fiat secures its currency:
There are people that own more Bitcoin than you.
No matter how much they own:
- They can’t create more
- They can’t prevent your access
- They can’t steal what you have and
- They can’t change the rules.
Masters of the universe central bankers will figure this out eventually
The people who are 'concerned about Bitcoin’s energy usage' are smack bang in the middle of the venn diagram of people:
1) Who don’t understand Bitcoin;
2) Who don’t know what stranded energy is,
3) Who let the media think for them.
You can't control your initial trajectory (when did you discover Bitcoin, how old were you, how much wealth did you already have).
But it’s not too late to take control of your current trajectory (Educate yourself, save, be patient).
Your best effort will be enough.
