TLDR: People approve/disapprove around 50/50 with slightly more people disapprove. The tariffs on Mexico and Canada is more unpopular than the strategy of tariffs more generally. The most divergence is about concern for the consequences: 75% are concerned. In other words: It's not at all a rare combination to approve of the strategy despite being concerned about the consequences.
