If I'm gathering this correctly, only poor countries have an income tax. The government imposes an income tax because its poor and has no recourse for its survival than parisitic behavior. Rich sovereigns (like UAE) have 0 income tax. They don't need it.

Government will only truly change to freedom-based once fiat money ends, and hard money reigns supreme. That's what I think at least
