So for the last day (because Iโm awful at spending time off on sanctioned holidays) Iโve been testing out Anthropic #Claude #Fable5.
Iโll say that In less than a business day, I was able to bring to life a solution to one of the most persistent barriers I've noticed throughout my career: instant access to language.
Ie: Public announcements are typically in one language and they cater to the hearing population. If you're not a native speaker, or are Deaf, society largely makes it your burden to translate, find an interpreter, or navigate your way having missed the announcement entirely.
I believe that anywhere a public space exists, a language layer should too, as simple as turning on Wi-Fi. In events this translates to:
Schedule an event as a host => text or voice an announcement => automatic delivery to everyone on their own device in the language they choose; across 46 languages.
Oh! Least favorite aspect of Fable: it codes unprompted at times. Seems to be developing dissent if that makes sense.
Sitting next to people on their first date. The guy just blurted out โWell, Iโm an engineer.โ
๐mmmk? Sending calming vibes to their table. โจ
Soooooo I doubt that nostriches watch Love Island but one of the girls tonight told another girl โwhy would you want to be with someone you have to build up? You donโt! Youโre playing build-a-bear with that b-โ
Something about her sincerity coupled with her solidarity is so funny. What a statement.
