My least favorite aspect of politics, and any high visibility space for that matter, is the 🌊 of ego that comes with visibility. 9 times out of 10, it makes people go with whatever v slow-down-to-speed-up and innovate. No committee on aging and disability. We treat elders and people with disabilities horribly as a culture in the US 🧘🏽‍♀️

It’s been heartening for sure. 🌟

Nostr is too fringe and esoteric for me now. And accepting that sucks. I really love learning, joy, and solitude so that’s why I’ve been here for years. There’s been a level of cavalier attitude lately thats privileged based, fanciful, and increasingly out of step with real-world consequences. I’d shake hands with and hug at least 10 people here we IRL but yeah…there’s a definite line in the sand with me as of now. Bummer.
