🌍✨ Bitcoin Sunset in Africa
As the sun sets, a new dawn rises, powered by Bitcoin. From remittances to financial freedom, Africa is embracing decentralized money where banks have failed. 📲💸
Check this out! #bitcoin donations now possible at HERD in South-Africa thanks to the BTCElephantFund in cooperation with BTC for wildlife conservation, an initiative from Izindlovu Fund 🙌🏽⚡️🔥
Paul Edkins has reached the headquarters of The Black Mambas where he is greeted with a heartfelt and warm welcome. Over the past nine months, he has cycled 12,000 kilometers, embarking on his journey from London, all in solidarity with the female anti-poaching unit. 🫡 #respect
Our fund supported the Mambas by setting up a @Geyser fund to fund their trip to the Bitcoin Adoption conference in Cape Town so they could learn more about bitcoin.

Elephant Story 🐘😍on
📸 Bubi & Khanyisa in South-Africa
❓Who is Bubi
➡️ Bubi lost her mother to poachers, so she was orphaned at a young age, just like Khanyisa.
➡️ Bubi was part of the original herd that was rescued from Zimbabwe and brought to the Jabulani reserve by Adine Roode’s mother Lente.
❓Why is Bubi important for baby elephant Khanyisa
➡️ Being orphan herself, Bubi accepted Khanyisa into the Herd, unlike wild elephants would do.
➡️ She is an adoring allomother and gives Khanyisa the love she would normally have received from her own mother.
❓Why does this matter
➡️ The presence of the Jabulani herd is important for the orphans arriving at the HERD orphanage as they deserve a second life in a new herd.
➡️ The Jabulani elephants trust us as humans, even after being orphaned due to poaching and other conflicts with humans.
➡️ Elephants are part of our natural capital and we as humans have a collective responsibility towards them.
