Any worldschoolers on Nostr? Why worldschooling/unschooling/homeschooling just makes sense: Worldschooling’s all about diving into real-world, hands-on experiences to supercharge learning, and what I love most: better results, faster results than regular school (that’s not difficult to beat though). To me, efficiency means everything, because my time with my kid is limited, and I don’t want to miss out on 80% of his life because of school. From what I’ve seen, kids who are homeschooled or world-schooled often match or even crush it compared to traditional students, and they’re doing it in way less time. An individualized, decentralized approach to education is much more fun than school – and actually a real form of education and not indoctrination disguised as education. Approximately 2 million families worldwide are engaged in worldschooling or homeschooling while traveling, according to the National Home Education Research Institute (NHERI)!

As of December 31, 2023, approximately 70.6% of the global population had received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine >> over 5.5 billion people based on a world population of around 8 billion. If we want to believe there are really around 8 billion people on this planet. So plenty of fish in the sea means 29,4%, if we believe in 8 billion people, more or less 300 million unvaccinated men in my age group. I think this vaccination is a very effective filter 🐊 BUT. After 4 years most of my unvaccinated friends who didn't had a partner yet, chose a vaccinated partner - although they said they would never ever 🥸 The future is going to be very interesting for hardliners.

The United States leads in absolute numbers, with approximately 3.7 million homeschooled students (6.73% of K-12 students!!) in 2024-2025. You know where #homeschooling is booming in the USA? #Alaska Unschooling, as a subset of homeschooling, is harder to quantify globally, because you know… it’s #unschooling. The "luck" of being a #digitalnomad, jajaja. Might be that some people are just lucky and falling into an awesome #remote job. But for me, building my digital nomad lifestyle - it was constant work for 16 hours a day, working at night, being a single mum at day, while traveling through #Thailand. Yes, after putting in several years of hard work it got much much easier, and when I can travel now very relaxed, sleep at night, people come at me with the "lucky story". #Respect for everyone who wasn't lucky and had their digital nomad career randomly falling in their lap one day 🩵
