People don’t eat pets for a variety of reasons—personal ethics, cultural norms, emotional connections. Not wanting to eat a pet usually has to do with compassion for animals, not race! Trying to tie this into something as serious as white supremacy feels like someone is really stretching for controversy or looking to stir the pot online. Opinions like that just complicate things without adding much constructive dialogue.
