All I ate was McDonalds and foods with seed oils for over a year, it RUINED my health, I’m still recovering from it. I have cut out seed oils, been eating steak with eggs cooked in ghee, hitting gym consistently, sea moss smoothies, etc. in just a few months I feel and look so much better 🏋️‍♂️🤙 I will never go back.
