Positions should be max conscription age and should have to accept a dual from any other politician that disagrees with their decision to go to war….. (if you have conscription, which of course civilised countries should not have, that is unless somehow they manage to stay out of war with it for hundreds of years. also note boot camp like training for you this does not need to be conscripting of which i think the key issue is forced fighting.)
