DAY 16/31 wow. Something going on with my stomach… no sleep last night, spent most of the day in bed. Crawled out to do a gentle yoga session and make dinner and back to bed. GN #31days #yoga #notfeelinggood

In a weird twist of time shenanigans, DAY 11/31 was spent flying DAY12/31 was a haze of unpacking and reorganising life in NZ after an amazing time with family in Canada… and with the time difference, it’s now day 13, even though it’s still the 12th in the Northern Hemisphere so I’m going with DAY 12/31 because I started this challenge on Vancouver time! A cold beautiful walk back at our home beach with @GJM to see the sunrise! Followed up by a vitamin c hit from our orange tree #31days

DAY 9/31 Back to my beach walk routine. We leave here tomorrow so it’s getting bittersweet. So good to be here, but looking forward to seeing my other sons, but will miss being with my Canadian family, and soaking in the BC summer!
