Geometric Viscosity Abstract We reintroduce subgratance, a mathematical construct describing the fundamental substrate enabling stickiness; geometric operations that maintains exploration capacity. Through topological problem(s) and conservation principles, we establish subgratance as the necessary condition for bounded geometric manifolds that resist, tolerate and endure both collapse and runaway divergence. We prove fundamental theorems governing subgratance dynamics and demonstrate applications.
