I'm still perplexed by the 0.5 rate cut. I know fiat sucks, but this is knowingly killing it from the inside. Why would you earn wage in a currency which for a big part depends on the FED policy? With the current REAL inflation this doesn't make any sense.

Bukele has the right economic vision for his country. (imo) He is charismatic and has courage. He seems to have a proper strategy to kerb the gang violence etc. etc. BUT He also seems to 'overdo' the dictator side of things. Call himself the Philosopher King and does speeches with his army in a Chinese kind of structured setting. I legit don't know what to think of it all, but he is giving me mixed signals.
