Question: Do you get sick of meat? Are there days you just can't stomach eating meat anymore? My answer: Great question! I actually don't get tired or sick of it. I enjoy every meal. I eat mostly 2 meal a day. If it doesn't taste good it is because I am eating when I am not hungry. I don't get tired of it at all. Eating 2 times a day seems perfect for me at the moment and eating meat and eggs every day is a total win. Some days I crave more meat and other days I crave more eggs or bacon or fish. I listen to that as well 😄 that being said 80-90% of my food is beef 😂
Things I have had to unlearn: - Fat will make me fat - Carbs are essential - Cholesterol will give me a heart attack - Veggies are the best source of vitamins and minerals - The food pyramid is based on science and helps me to eat healthy What can you add that you have had to unlearn? #carnivore #carnivorediet #redpilled
Cholesterol is not the enemy. It is an essential nutrient! It is used for making hormones, repairing cells, and the brain is made up of large amounts of cholesterol! 💥'The only bad thing about cholesterol is not having enough'💥 source: wellness_radar on instagram
I found out some of my more distent family raise cows. I wanted to visit them to see how they raise them. Making your own food this way seems like the right thing to do. Do you make your raise or grow your own food? #meat #carnivore #homemade #food #cows image
Which meal would you prefer? I know my pick! 🧈🥩🥚🧀 image

First lunch at work as a carnivore: Me: Opening a bag of pork rinds in the breakroom. Colleague: Okay!? Really? Now? 🫢 Me: Yes, you know it's because I've started eating in a new way... Colleague: What way is that? 😳 Me: 🥩🍗🥓🥚🧈 Colleague: 😱.... Wow, that's crazy! Me: It cured my osteoarthritis and allergies, just to mention a few things. Colleague: No way! Good for you! 🤗 That sounds like a diet for me—all the things I like. But what about cholesterol? I know you have the good 👼 and the bad one👹. Me: Let me tell you about cholesterol!💫 #carnivore #cholesterol #health #meat
Diary of a carnivore Day 0: Feeling angry 😡 and shocked 🤯 because my husband suggests I should try carnivore. Day 3: I decide to give it a try. Day 8: Discovering that the veggies I thought I would miss don’t taste that great after all. 🫑🥬 Day 10: Surprised by how much I enjoy eating meat and eggs three times a day 🤤 Day 20: Amazed that I no longer have knee pain, and I can run, jump, and squat as much as I want. Day 21: No longer watching reality TV, but reading about nutrition and health whenever I have free time. Day 30: Realizing that I didn’t know much about nutrition before and that I’ve been living suboptimally until now 😳 Day 60: Believing that the food industry wants me sick and uninformed and that they are collaborating with Big Pharma 💊 Day 296: Still going strong
Skipped breakfast today and have one hell of a treat for lunch coming up later. Burger patties with parmesan cheese, butter, eggs, and bacon 🥓🥚🥩🧈🧂 What are you bringing for lunch? image
I am wondering what kind of carnivore content you are interested in here on Nostr?
I am Tinne, 35 years old, and I am a carnivore. I have been so for the past 9 months, and it has changed my life and perspective on a lot of things. I no longer have osteoarthritis pain in my knee, no more seasonal allergies, and I’m not freezing all the time. I have better mood and energy, no excess worrying, and better skin, nails, and teeth—just to mention a few! I share my experience with this lifestyle, along with recipes, tips, and tricks, as well as my personal thoughts and views on health and nutrition. One thing is for sure: the carnivore lifestyle has really opened my eyes, which has led me down many rabbit holes—because once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
