Sometime in the past, I did a poll on my now-deleted X account asking which home video format was their childhood, only to find out that nobody watched DVDs or Blu-rays on their childhoods, but everybody watched VHS on their early lives.
To clarify it more.
I set a downtime on my phone for 8:00 PM-6:00 AM on Sundays and 10:00 PM-6:00 AM on Mondays to Saturdays.
I also set on my phone an app time limit of my social media clients for up to 2 hours on Sundays and 3 hours on Mondays to Saturdays.
I set on a browser on my laptop a time limit of my social media client websites for up to two hours per day.

Starting this day, I will take a break from social media on 8:00 PM night times in Sundays until the end of night on Mondays. And I'm disabled my social media notifications for now.
Social media is not real life and never was been so, the Lord your God knows that. Spend more time in real life.
