Once Intel Mac is unsupported, so if you have it, you have these options:
1. buy a new Mac, with Apple Silicon,
2. or put Ubuntu on it.

While I ranted about the bans I got on Web2 communities (e.g. forums, wikis, groups, blah blah blah, on that internet), I avoided mentioning the names of those communities on these posts, mainly because if not, it would cause issues if the staff or members of such places were able to find out.
I saw the "social media must haves" collection on Apple App Store, which all of them were centralized and censored platforms contained in it, rather than recommending protocols and Web3.
