POLYMARKET SUED OVER MSTR BITCOIN MARKET RESOLUTION
Two traders have filed a lawsuit against Polymarket, alleging the platform wrongly resolved a market asking whether Strategy ($MSTR) would sell any Bitcoin by May 31, 2026.
The complaint argues Strategy’s own SEC filing disclosed the sale of 32 BTC during the period, meaning the market should have resolved “Yes.”
Plaintiffs are seeking damages and a jury trial.
