This is usually the busiest time of year. It's supposed to calm down a bit after August 15th, and then in September, with the return of schools, families are replaced by retirees. A fun conversation with an Englishman who had moved to #Switzerland and came to discover #Corsica on vacation. My broken English was a bit of a hindrance, but we understood each other. I was surprised to see how concerned he was about Corsican independence. I appreciate these people who want everyone to be able to live in #freedom. Personally, I feel #lucky to have been born here. I do my best to make the most of it; we don't last forever.
