A quick question π
For the past few days, I've been seeing in my notifications that the same accounts are becoming my followers several times a day.
I thought it was to get me to follow them back, but they keep doing the same thing.
So I unfollowed them and muted them.
And here's my question: are these bots ?
2 p.m. here,
Live from Porticcio!

Another day spent discovering Nostr users and reading different opinions from people from all over the world.
Also discovering creators, musicians, and photographers.
In short, still not disappointed. It will take me time to create a complete and engaging thread, but I know it will come π
I'm starting to get my bearings and "get to know" some of you.
Thank you for your likes, your Zaps, your comments, and your reposts π

A fun conversation with an Englishman who had moved to #Switzerland and came to discover #Corsica on vacation.
My broken English was a bit of a hindrance, but we understood each other. I was surprised to see how concerned he was about Corsican independence.
I appreciate these people who want everyone to be able to live in #freedom.
Personally, I feel #lucky to have been born here. I do my best to make the most of it; we don't last forever.

A new peaceful day begins ποΈ
This morning, I'm sharing images from a #drone flight over Verghia Beach in southern #Corsica.
Historically, this bay was an ancient port until around the 19th century.
On the rocks, you can see the remains of a World War II defense turret that ran aground.
Good night Nostr πβ¨β¨β¨

Good evening !
For three days, we're having an #arts and #crafts exhibition in the village of Coti-Chiavari in #Corsica.
Today, I've chosen to present the work of Jean Rubini, a cutler who gave a #blacksmithing demonstration.
The old-fashioned way: coal, anvil, and hammer.
In addition to his demonstration, he exhibited his Corsican knives, folding shepherd's knives and some fixed #knives.
The handles are made of goat horn, buck horn, or various Corsican wood species, such as olive, chestnut, or juniper.
Jean isn't ready for #bitcoin yet, but i will keep trying to convince it's not so hard to change !
I hope you enjoy it ππ

Should i enable media mirrors and if so which one ?

#history
In 1793, one of the most famous Corsicans in the world, #Napoleon Bonaparte, was forced to flee his hometown of #Ajaccio, driven out by Pascal Paoli's supporters.
It was from this tower (filmed this winter) that he set sail with his fleet.
The Capitello Tower, located in Porticcio at the very end of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
He stopped at Capu Di Muru to pick up some members of his family, then returned to Calvi for a few weeks before leaving #Corsica for good to continue his military and political career.

A new day that's starting off slowly for me. My mission today will be the same as yesterday: to talk about Nostr to people who aren't familiar with it or haven't dared to join.
Last night, I posted again on Reddit, in the #bitcoin subreddit, about Zaps and using the #LightningNetwork . There were no questions and only one reaction. It seems that Nostr is scaring even Bitcoiners.
So, how can I attract those who are already scared of acquiring their first #BTC ?
That will be my goal for today: to find a simple and attractive way to frame my invitation to share content and ideas on Nostr.
In the meantime, here is a photo taken a few days ago on the "Mare e Monti Sud", a set of hiking trails less known than the #GR20 , more accessible and which, as its name suggests, allows you to hike from the mountains to the seaside π₯ΎπΎπποΈ
