Good Morning,
Some Jews say that the Bible is antisemetic. Some Christians are antisemetic. Let's just call it what it is. Jew haters are gonna hate because they are functionally illiterate. The whole term antisemetic is a smoke screen. Arabs are semitic people, too. The son's of Ishmael are semites.
Jews are specifically God's people because they keep his covenant. They are not Jews because they are a race. They are not Jews by blood only. If you believe the Bible, and I do, all of us come from Adam and Noah. Certainly David and Solomon spread their seed in many directions.
The Gentiles are the foreigners (Ethnos in Greek) because they have lost the traditions and practices of God's people. Any time a people were conquered by the Jews it was because the people were pagans, sacrificing their own children to idols. They needed to go.
If you read your Bible you will also see that in the New and Old Testaments that Jews were commanded to show respect and kindness to strangers. That the law was also for the strangers who assimilated and became part of the community.
Exodus 12:48 KJV “And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.”
Certainly the beauty of the Bible is that the Jews who kept God's word did not dilute it. The imperfections and the punishments for sacrilege were written into the scriptures. Who is perfect? Only Jesus Christ was perfect and he would say he was only doing what his father commanded of him. The key is that he did not waiver. He was and is the living Word of God.

Paul addresses the Romans
Romans 1:1 KJV “Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,”
...
Romans 1:14-16 KJV “I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15. So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

Today's Psalm:
Psalm 34:1-7 KJV “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
1. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4. I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
6. This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7. The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”

The Parable of the Sower
Matthew 13:18-23 KJV ҦHear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19. When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
20. But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21. Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
23. But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

Psalm 33:8-14 tomorrow - Thursday
Psalm 33: 15-22 Friday
Psalm 33:1-7 KJV “Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
2. Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
3. Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.
4. For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.
5. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.
6. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
7. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.”

A GREEN TREE AND A DRY TREE
Dr. Alan Cairns
---
Luke 23:27-31 KJV ҦAnd there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him.
28. But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.
29. For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.
30. Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
31. For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?”

Almost 2 weeks ago my general manager said we ( the sales factotem ) needed a Facebook account to participate in some corporate thing.
I said, no.
Then I qualified and said, I know how the social networks operate.
Then I pondered and thought, Maybe I'm missing out.
Then I had a sick vomit feeling in my stomach and my soul communicated to me that I might as well lick snot off of the pavement.
The truth is that corporations are just grasping straws. The organic network is the best and will always be the best. Keep your technology simple and open and your customers will enjoy your products.
With this in mind all small businesses that use NOSTR will be successful because the hoops to usage are hoops that are also gaining skill. The more skillful your customers, are the more resource rich they will be. Even if you don't directly buy or sell from each other you are still learning and that brings the tide up higher and higher.
We still have lightning as an issue that is trust me and that's still a problem. I think the mints are also in the trust me. But we also might as well think that the lightning user is a customer and in order to give the lightning providers incentives we might want to peg some tangible services.
Good Morning,
I've shaken hands with others here on NOSTR. Maybe 10 sets of hands. We've had face to face discussions. Those hands have shaken others hands and it's a ten times ten times ten situation. Imagine a secret society where in order to join all you had to do was work.
Are you working anyway? Are you're not used to working for yourself or on yourself? I can't even pretend not to be grateful for this medium. I've seen most of the progress of discussion from bulletin boards, ICQ, email, telephone, calls for fire, and then the social constraints and walled gardens. As AT&T used to advertise, Reach out and touch someone.
I pray that in my selfishness desiring connection that I might take the time to touch the hem of the garment of Jesus which is the Gospel. I am grateful that others have taken the time in their joy to show me where the hem was. The hem is here between the two of us.

Mark 6:56 KJV “And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.”

Psalm 32
Psalm 32 KJV “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
2. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
3. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
4. For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
5. I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
6. For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
7. Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8. I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
9. Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
10. Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
11. Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.”
