Metcon 5RFT: (15 minute time cap) 3 - Chest to Bar Pull Ups 5 - Hang Power Snatch, 95 lbs 7 - Overhead Squat, 95 lbs 200 Meter Run Splits: 2:17, 2:41, 2:43, 3:27, 3:16 Went out a little hot, but stayed under the time cap probably should have gone a little lighter. image These are mulberries from my backyard as far as I know only red mulberries grow here, but as you can see these are white. Does anyone out there know if these are white mulberries growing in Kansas or are they some kind of albino red mulberry or perhaps a hybrid. image Tried my hand at grilling on a flat top. It's not a Blackstone but a lot cheaper and does the trick. Beef from my sister's ranch in Haskell, OK.
