For a few hours, costs have been rising because mining seems to slow down, spammers seem to be slowing down so as not to pay fees and we see that the rise of the UTXOs set also seems to be slowing down.

I find that we don’t talk enough about the effects of inscriptions on the utxo set. 
What is positive to say the least is that when 546 sats will have considerable purchasing power, all the mentally retarded who have made inscriptions will not be able to consolidate them because of the fees .
Their high temporal preference pushed them to try to swindle some dollars but it will cost them much more later. Can’t wait to see all these idiots crying on Twitter.
