🍎 Maple Apple Crisp – With a Granola Twist! Made this warm, cozy apple crisp using our favorite ancient grains granola—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Crispy, golden topping. Sweet maple-cinnamon apples. The house smelled like a hug. Here’s the recipe if you want to make it too: Maple Apple Crisp with Ancient Grains Granola Dish Size: 9x13” | Serves: 8–10 Filling: • 8–10 apples, peeled & sliced • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 2 tsp cinnamon • 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional) Granola Topping: • 2 cups Kirkland Ancient Grains Probiotic Granola • 1/2 cup flour (or almond flour for GF) • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 cup maple syrup • 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13” dish 2. Toss apples with syrup, cinnamon & lemon juice; spread in dish 3. Mix topping ingredients until coated 4. 🥛✨ First Batch of Homemade Yogurt! We finally made our own yogurt at home, and it was way easier than we thought! Using just milk and a bit of store-bought yogurt with live cultures, we whipped up a full 4L batch—and it turned out so creamy and good. Here’s how we did it: 1️⃣ Heat 4L of whole milk to about 180°F (just below boiling) 2️⃣ Cool it down to around 110°F 3️⃣ Stir in 4–6 tablespoons of plain yogurt with active cultures 4️⃣ Pour it into jars, cover, and keep warm for 6–12 hours (we used the oven with the light on!) 5️⃣ Chill in the fridge, and boom—homemade yogurt! We’ll definitely be making more (and trying some fun flavors next time).
