I like the idea of forming communities through #Nostr. Imagine an exclusive club in cyberspace. Members could network and discuss common interests, vote for community leaders, charge membership fees that could be used for events or other things for the community. Nostr allows you to own your digital identity, what if we could have ownership over our personal and professional relationships.

Sometimes I wish this account wasn't Anon, my OpSec is not very high level anyway so I may just end up doxxing myself at some point lol.

Bitcoin is without a doubt a superior asset to #RealEstate in my mind. Absolutely scarce, infinitely divisible, portable, zero depreciation ect. However, the favorable tax and lending environment in the real estate market make it very attractive. Being able to put as little as 5% down on a property that is generating yield could be a very powerful tool to gain more bitcoin and grow wealth. Buy a property with little money down, add value, refinance to buy bitcoin, use cash flows to DCA Bitcoin, use depreciation to lower tax bills, borrow against the bitcoin to buy more properties. This method allows you to grow your Bitcoin stack, short the dollar, lower taxes, and grow a portfolio of income generating properties.
