“The Fourth Turning” outlines that the seeds of change are planted before the Turning, then are nurtured and grow because of the Turning, so they arise fully formed at the time when Society craves new leadership based on the authentic demands of the transformant, dawning era. Bitcoin is certainly this. But many seeds are planted so that whatever is needed will flourish.

If only there was a Parable…a Book maybe…for a Truth that was discovered… And then a Hoard of Influencers swarmed in, and built mock-truths to ride the power-train of this novel, unprecedented Truth: Presenting countless false images, subscriber channels, investment funds, political and seemingly “non-political” influencers toward: Accumulating power to incentivize the Gov’t to suppress the original Authentic Truth and promote their false “idolatry” instead. Perhaps then, people might actually have some basis for an understanding of Real Truth as it is discovered in the world now. And has suffered all of these tribulations.

If you follow alt-media, and appreciate independent voices, I recommend listening to Kim Iversen. This is an amazing intro clip to her approach to journalism precisely because it’s such a huge leap off the cliff - subject matter-wise. She exposes her authenticity, journalistic ability, and desire to simply question what’s true. She throw’s herself to the lions, despite her large following. True pleb, imo. Trivium reminded me, thank you @Trivium . The thing I LOVED!!! about Nostr early on is that everyone showed up here a newb. Famous people, normies, plebs and frenz. The excitement happening here was vibrant, like early internet bulletin boards, etc. (#NotThatOld) I even posted this early on and got a reply from @jack (insert bro-hug emoji I can’t find on Damus) But we recogize that that’s the land we’re founding (without the complications of previous people and systems and ‘manifest destiny’). Nostr, like Bitcoin, IS the new “America”. Pure, unadulterated by previous relationships and deserving of real Romance. What @ODELL & @nico and others (like me I hope) realize is that embracing new users is paramount. Want to offer something I heard years ago that has never left my mind for it’s Truth or Truthiness: “Women are afraid of Homicide, Men are afraid of Suicide.” I’ve personally come to see this as dogma (with a little “d”). So now hoping to open the discussion up, would appreciate other opinions.

I’ve recently become incredibly smitten with someone who is locked in an abusive relationship. I’ve never encountered this before, so I’m learning constantly now how common it is, in both men and women, and how it creeps in slowly…because sociopaths gotta sociopath. In researching this, I found this piece from pop-psych mag Psychology Today that was amazing, and I’ve read it over and over again…referred it to my friend and she said “that was my life wrapped up in one article”. I’m learning that abuse isn’t a victim problem, it’s what happens when normal people don’t know that there are sociopaths in the world. So they get ensnared slowly, thinking they are working hard to manage normal relationships in normal ways. They don’t realize they’re with people who are not healthy but have been struggling to appear as healthy their whole lives. Yes, for the Bitcoiners reading this we realize that ALL of us are in an abusive relationship. We, and I, get this. But it hits home to experience this much closer to my home and to heart. Recognizing the sociopath personality is absolutely, 100% key to awakening in our modern world. They are small, but they are legion, and totally in control because naturally they seek control…where normal people don’t want to. Bitcoiners get this. There’s a reason most of Congress in the US is over 70…they have no interest in retiring and spending time with loved ones. They don’t understand loved ones, or people. They only understand control. It’s so unhealthy. Bitcoin has vastly helped me understand how to be strong and sensitive and patient with a woman I’m whooped by. (And things are going forward in a very amazing way, just to say).
