What do people think about @npub1ex7m...vyt9 @jack mallers liquidation proof loans? Has anyone seen the fine print? I’ve never levered Bitcoin but it’s tempting. Particularly for my business where my receivables are insured against customer bankruptcies and our margins can support the cost of carry. Feels about as protected as I could possibly be. Also feels too good to be true so….

Has anyone noticed the first half hour of all Bitcoin podcasts are now about AI? No ATH until we get a Peter McCormack interviewing Alex Gladstein quality podcasts back. Fuck!

Until something changes in the world, I think retail is done with Bitcoin. Through the last three cycles, we picked up all the INTJ’s, libertarians and divergent thinkers. No one who “goes along to get along” is taking this ride and that’s most people. The institutions are here, but they want to control and neutralize Bitcoin and are willing to suppress it if they can’t. The good news is that game theory dictates there will be more emergencies in fiat world and that will expand the market for un-fuck-with-able money to a new cohort. The plan: stack sats, chill, let game theory play itself out.

My youngest has a lemonade stand today. First person to show up is the older boy up the street. I go out to see what’s going on and he says “ we made a deal. I’ll work for her for 25% of profits. I’m an entrepreneur. “ “Sorry bud, we’re not hiring. She spent all morning working on this. “ “Oh no problem, I’ll work for free”. Now he’s out there pouring the lemonade. My dude: GET THE FUCK OFF MY LAWN AND LET HER RUN HER BUSINESS. Same thing happened when my older daughter had a stand a couple years ago. Same thing happens at least once a month in my grown up business too. There’s always someone who sees you building and thinks they’re entitled to a cut. Usually they think they can do it better than you, but you know the difference? They didn’t do it. You did!
