This book looks as good as it does thanks to @The Libertarian Book Deisgner The Libertarian Book Designer. He guided me through fonts, layout and the whole self publishing process. Unless you’ve done it before, book design is hard to get right, but Matt made it simple. Big thanks also to @Jack Spirko for the podcast that introduced me to him. Without that, this project might never have crossed the finish line.

Yesterday I launched sales of my book The Winds Of Uncertainty. The e-book and a video are free on my website at www.satoshigeneral.com. The hard cover is only available for payment in sats. I sold two copies yesterday which may not sound like a lot but it feels amazing and I am so grateful to both of my new customers. Your signed copies will be shipping out shortly. 🙏 I have never had a product available for sale in Bitcoin before and it just lands different than selling something for dollars. People choose my book over the hardest money mankind has ever known (I hope they spend and replace). I’d have to sell about 300 hardcovers to breakeven on this project and obviously that is a stretch since my only marketing is on Nostr and it’s only for sale in Bitcoin. The goal was never to make money, but to have something to contribute to the community that has given me so much. That is why the e-book is free. I don’t even ask for your email or track download counts. I want as many kids as possible to be exposed to the ideas of hard money. Read to your kids and build a better world.

Ok ok, bear with my 80IQ take but what if instead of arguing over filters to prevent spam, we hunt down all the spammers and charge them with crimes. Bitcoin is a common good. If companies dump toxic waste in a river we don’t fight about whether to clean it up or divert it into a side channel of the river. We clean that shit up and sue the company. Before you jump all over me for being a statist, I’m absolutely not, but if I have to send taxes to the government anyway I would far prefer them spent on that than wars in some faraway sandbox.

This gives me faith that humanity is going to be just fine.
