Once you get it, do a few tests of your own to see what your baseline is. As a former smoker I was generally at 95. Glad to see that is slowly improving. Healthy nonsmokers will generally be 98-100. Older adults may also be lower. It's important to know your baseline to see amount of deviation if you do get an illness like pneumonia to discern if you should freak out or not. Have one on hand so you can quickly diagnose your visiting elder relatives during the holidays so you can make rational decisions
