One of the highest ROI practices I've ever implemented is self journaling. Whenever I have something I need to think through, I use words to help my ideas become more concrete. I feel better every time I fill the page 📚

I think there will be satoshi/dollar parity in my lifetime... but I'm also going to zap 1K sats to every single person who comments on this post. Just because I see the value skyrocketing doesn't mean I'll hoard it, I still buy TVs even though the price will deflate over the next years.
