I think there will be satoshi/dollar parity in my lifetime... but I'm also going to zap 1K sats to every single person who comments on this post. Just because I see the value skyrocketing doesn't mean I'll hoard it, I still buy TVs even though the price will deflate over the next years. If my prediction is true, I think I'll reflect back with gratitude that I shot out sats to random plebs back in the early days of Nostr ⚡️💜⚡️💜⚡️

Reddit moderators are a unique brand of power hungry communistic ass clowns. I think there is tons of opportunity for a Nostr client to emulate Reddit's segmented community format. In a hypothetical distant future where private keys are getting closer for the strongest supercomputers to guess, are there any potential BIP opportunities that could increase the security of all private keys in the network? Including lost/old ones, like Satoshi's for example? I know it's ridiculously unlikely to ever be a problem (I've personally done the math) but I'm just curious if something like this is possible if it becomes an issue 500 years into the future of bitcoin.

My wife and I swear by having meaningful artwork all over the house. During our honeymoon in Amsterdam we toured the Van Gogh museum and this painting (Almond Blossums) covered the walls of the entire exhibit. Seeing it every day brings me back to those moments and reminds me to create something beautiful today. 💙

My goverment wants to keep people safe, so it makes stricter laws against texting and driving. Now, when people text and drive, instead of keeping their eyes on the road while messaging, they look down at their lap so their phone is hidden from the cops. Thanks goverment, I feel much safer!

Now that I got my family to use lighting wallets, I'm giving them incentive to accept bitcoin. Instead of just paying them the $30 for dinner via Venmo, I tell them that I'll give them $40 if they accept bitcoin instead. Now I'm actually seeing them get excited about it, and I'll happily pay a premium to invest in their future 🙌🧡
