Rewatching @rabble s talk from nostriga.
There's a lot of signal still very relevant today.
I particularly like the cathedral/bazaar reference to how nostr is built one little layer/step at a time.
A bit this way and a bit that way - ok, next step. Iterate with users, see what they want, what they value, what works.
