Yet, man will justify evil as a counterbalance, or serving together with good. A lie! God made man pure, as pure, loving, intelligent, and holy as a pebble. Evil, is a choice, but good is the only truth. #freedom View quoted note →

There is only God; all else is a lie.

Meditation, is not thinking of past action. That is analysis (analytical thinking - formulating a plan of action based on listening)… It is the job of the liar, the one who pulls us behind, trying to fix that which is gone, and we cannot - wishful thinking. Meditation is the silencing of the liar within, the ever chattering thought process. Slowly, realizing, and living the ever-flowing present moment, mentally. How trees, and animals live. (It’s all in the mind.)

If one focuses too much on the criticism, they do not work on it. Critique exists for a reason, and is part of an underlying warning/problem manifesting, and it seems communication hasn’t perfected in man, for this attachment to a false self - “ego, thought…”. There are no alternate universes, or selves. Clinging, attachment or overthinking to others, or your past self, is a hinderance, as there only is one you, who is the same as the former. God lives in the present moment, and existing with each breath is freeing. Don’t stop for anyone, and express yourself as you normally would, as long as you work on the issues. Pride, is resisting truth. Guilt tripping. Manipulation. Lies… You’re as real/present as your last breath. It not only could be your last, but it is…

People are very quick to give advice on things they haven’t experienced. That’s theoretical control. Listen to your friends problems, and don’t tell them yours. Not only do you learn more, but really understand. Two ears, one mouth!
There is no trying, only doing. All else is a lie. Go on, try to control your breathing. Nothing can be controlled, not even (the) self. Only improved/worked on. One thing my parent’s relationship has taught me is that some of the tiniest misunderstandings that eventually are not tolerable, or fixable, are those repeated time, and time again.
