@LAFitness Despite Numerous Calls To Corporate And Management (See Below) I can't say honestly that management or corporate cares about the cleanliness of our sauna, men's locker-room or safety of our members in the Ventura California facility. As mentioned below, I've spoken to numerous people about the sauna not being hot at all (recommended heat by health experts: At least 176 degrees Fahrenheit) in order to activate heat-shot proteins. Ref: Dr. Rhonda Patrick And Andrew Huberman: Huberman Labs: Temperature Range: 80-100°C (176-212°F) Benefits: Increases HSP levels, supports cardiovascular health, and enhances mental well-being. Sources: Also, the upholstery in our facilities men's locker-room is a health issue as it has never been cleaned since the 10+ years that I've been a member of the club. They should just remove it completely and thus making washing things down very easy. Disgusting! Finally, several (especially older) people have injured themselves just trying to navigate wet-slippery floors going to either the showers and/or jacuzzi, sauna, etc. It really shouldn't take an act of Congress to justify placing anti-slip strips on the floors. La Fitness 1760 S Victoria Avenue Ventura California 93003 (949) 255-7200 Corporate (Christina Manager) Says she’ll pass along the information. (No Progress Made) Natalie Says (10-23-2025 9:25am) she’ll follow-up with Capri regarding sauna issues. Told her about upholstery as well. (No Progress Made) Sara: Spoke to her: 11-4-2025 About sauna and carpet issues. 8:17am. (No Progress Made)

America’s Car Repossessions Business Is Booming If You Have What It Takes!! Drivers are looking for more than 1,100 wanted cars across swaths of Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. We spent the night shift with the repo man, who is busier than ever. An estimated 1.73 million vehicles were repossessed last year, the most since recession-wracked 2009, according to automotive-service business Cox Automotive. There Are Signs The Surge Continues: This year’s repo volume at Cox’s Manheim auctions unit was up 12% through the end of September compared with the same period last year. “It’s like history repeating itself,” said Detroit repossessor George Badeen, president of Allied Finance Adjusters, a trade group. Pandemic-era consumer protections left the repossession industry idling. Now, he said, companies are “making money because of the volume, it’s so big. You’re in a target-rich environment.” Related Articles: * Millions of Americans Skip Credit-Card And Car Payments * What Happens When A Lender’s Borrowers All Lose Their Jobs At Once? * An $809 Car Payment, A $660 Income: What Could Go Wrong? * Used-Car And Motorcycles Get Too Pricey For Many * Americans’ Love Affair With The Automobile Headed For Divorce * ‘I Can Be the Bank’: Individual Investors Buy Busted Mortgages * 30% Of All Mortgages Will Default In “Biggest Wave Of Delinquencies In History” Remainder Of The Article:

11 Most Famous Black Female Artists During the Harlem Renaissance and beyond the Civil Rights movement, black women began to emerge as artists that were capable of breaking through the barriers that had once held them back from fame and notoriety. Many Black female artists began to find the courage to stick with their artistic expression and pursue studying at institutions where they had previously been denied entry. Prior to the 20th century, many women and especially black female artists had been largely discouraged from producing artwork and studying amongst their male peers. Many women pushed past the previously held beliefs that they either could not or should not pursue a career as an artist and brought forth some of the most defining works of the 1900’s and onward. AI: When You See A Lot More Millionaires And Billionaires (Even Trillionaires) Is That A Sign Of Devalued Currency?? Yes, an increase in the number of millionaires and billionaires can indicate currency devaluation, as the value of money decreases, making it easier to reach that wealth threshold. This phenomenon is often linked to inflation, which reduces the purchasing power of currency over time. Relationship Between Currency Devaluation and Wealth Accumulation Currency Devaluation Explained * Currency devaluation occurs when a country's government intentionally lowers the value of its currency. * This can make exports cheaper and imports more expensive, potentially boosting local economies. * However, it also reduces the purchasing power of the currency, meaning that the same amount of money buys less over time. Impact On Millionaires And Billionaires * The increase in the number of millionaires and billionaires can be linked to several factors, including currency devaluation. * As the value of the dollar decreases, it becomes easier for individuals to reach the million-dollar mark in terms of net worth. * For example, inflation can inflate asset values, such as real estate and stocks, contributing to a rise in the number of millionaires. Current Trends * In recent years, the number of millionaires in the U.S. has surged, with reports indicating that over 22 million Americans had a net worth of at least $1 million as of 2021. * This growth is partly due to rising asset prices and the devaluation of currency, which has made the threshold for being considered a millionaire less significant than in the past. Conclusion While the increase in millionaires and billionaires can indicate economic growth, it is also a sign of currency devaluation. As the value of money decreases, more individuals can achieve millionaire status, but this does not necessarily reflect an improvement in overall financial stability or purchasing power.

Monty: Is Job-Hoarding Officially Over? AI: Yes The practice of ‘labor or job-hoarding’—holding on to employees for fear of not being able to get them back later—has reached its end. Things are looking a bit more like the 1990s, when many big companies were focused on eliminating workers they felt were no longer needed, according to Joseph Brusuelas, chief economist at RSM. Back then, “We used to reward companies for letting people go,” he said A number of things could be at play in companies’ increasing comfort with layoffs, including optimism over artificial intelligence, but they all come down to the bottom line. Labor is a major cost, and cutting it is one way to bolster profit margins. Tariffs could be adding to the urgency, especially for companies weighing whether and how to pass through the higher costs they are paying for goods on to consumers. Why Did Fed Inject $50B In Liquidity In The Banking System And What Does It Mean For Bitcoin? The Federal Reserve recently injected $50 billion into the banking system through its Standing Repo Facility (SRF) on October 31, 2025, which was the largest liquidity boost in over five years!! The move helps avoid POTENTIAL LIQUIDITY CRISES that could damage financial markets, which is ultimately supportive of risk assets like bitcoin, which are considered pure plays on fiat liquidity. While the move helps avoid potential liquidity crises that could damage financial markets, it falls short of being as stimulative to risk assets as the Fed’s other moves, such as QE.
