Sorry to say but the Second Amendment is not the constitutional provision that will prevent the government from regulating Bitcoin. Might have to write this one up long form.

After a month of thinking I lost my private key to this bad boy, I’m back! Thankfully had logged in on multiple devices and one stayed logged in after I switched phones without writing down the Private Key Lesson learned!

Does the crypto world get it yet? Do they get why Bitcoin is different, superior, and irreplaceable? It’s anti-fragile. It is singularly positioned as the one bulwark against complete state encroachment on money and property rights (and by extension, individual rights). In the end, it may not win. But it’s the ONLY one that *can*. Not Gold. Not Eth. Not JPGs or Beef on a Blockchain. Bitcoin.
