Finally getting around to reading The #Bitcoin Standard. The author talks about the stock to flow ratio of currency. Got me thinking about all the money the US sends overseas. Does sending it out of the country reduce the flow side of the equation in the short term? Or at least delay the effects of it? Recently, here in #Maine, we had some severe weather and bad flooding. Many of us lost power, internet, and had property damage. Our local towns were cut off from eachother and the outside world for a couple days. It was a good test of our #preparedness. Had plenty of firewood and food, as well as some battery packs charged up for the phones. Cooked up some balsamic mushrooms and zucchini to accompany my home raised pork chops. I don't measure usually but it's roughly as follows: Mushrooms sliced a bit thicker than the zucc. 3:1 balsamic vinegar to soy sauce Garlic, you measure that with the heart A little honey Olive oil S&P Rave reviews from the fam :) #foodstr #growfood #grownostr
