@Jack Spirko has mentioned many times on #TSP that you need to practice survival skills otherwise you won't have them when the #shtf. My seed starting skills need practice lol between inattention and the light being too low these tomatoes aren't looking good.

Cooked up some balsamic mushrooms and zucchini to accompany my home raised pork chops. I don't measure usually but it's roughly as follows:
Mushrooms sliced a bit thicker than the zucc.
3:1 balsamic vinegar to soy sauce
Garlic, you measure that with the heart
A little honey
Olive oil
S&P
