Starting yesterday, I added some additional foods to my daily intake. 1 hour before a workout, I'm eating a few tablespoons of plain, full fat Greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and a drizzle of honey. I think it gave me an extra glycogen kick during the workout, and I'm still well within the keto carb intake. I estimate there were probably 15g of carbs in the serving. I'll only have this on workout days to justify the additional carbs. #Keto #meat #Carnivore
