I'm trying to update @peachbitcoin, 0.5.5 βΊ 0.69.0, via @Zapstore, and I keep getting a failed integrity check and a possible malicious file warning!?
I'm guessing the file gets corrupted during download, not sure why. I'm on a decent Wi-Fi. Anyone has any thoughts?

Is this a new #Amethyst feature?
Absolutely fantastic! All my years of using social media, this is the first time I've seen this feature implemented in a way that's zero friction. I can even configure or disable it!
Thanks, and job well done whoever implemented it π

Thanks, and job well done whoever implemented it πThis project also ended up winning in the new projects category at theΒ #BHHB2025 hackathon. The rewards are distributed over Angor, a non-custodial crown funding platform built on top of Bitcoin and Nostr. The recipient gets their funds in stages, over a period of time. Very cool :)

I'm a n00b at managing GPG keys πΆ. The keys I use just expired. A quick search tells me I can extend the validity by editing it, but that seems wrong! Any pubkeys out there would still show the old expiry date π€
I mostly use my keys with software repos, and to encrypt sensitive files (locally). Can someone better versed at this point me in the right direction? π

I made some improvements, so I resubmitted the project to the Hackathon at #BHB2025: @git-futz

Just presented my 2 hr hackathon project at #btcpp privacy edition, Riga!
With the recent attacks on developers of cypherpunk software bythe state and other malicious actors, developer privacy is becoming more important.
So I developed a command-line tool to fuzz location and time information from your unpublished git commit messages before you push your commits to a public branch.
Comments and suggestions welcome :)
