My mind is caught in a trap between strategizing more ways to mine fiat and utilizing all the available resources toward living totally on a BTC standard. Anybody else feel this way?

As a person who believes bitcoin is the foundation of sound money in this modern world we live in, I have found my space in the peer to peer advocating for the use of bitcoin as a medium of exchange. With that being said, I in no way have the technical skills to make an argument for or against the spam debate currently happening. However, as a person who has done a considerable amount of due diligence in bitcoin, the one and most important thing I have come to understand and appreciate is the ability to run a node. And more importantly, running a node gives each individual a voice in the bitcoin network in addition to the final say on the network’s consensus. In listening to the arguments for and against spam I can clearly understand the POV of those against spam. They have made their arguments clear and more importantly understandable from a non-technical POV. In listening to those that are pro spam or as they define against censorship, I am having a very hard time understanding their POV. I do not need to understand all of the technical terminology in order to understand reasoning. Bitcoin has taught me to verify and not trust. I have been able to verify statements made against spam by multiple individuals and in reading and listening to those who argue against spam, their positioning seems to repeat itself in multiple outlets from different individuals. What I have observed from those pro spam is more of an attack and slandering against the individuals advocating against spam. What I am reading is hard to dissect. More phrase speaking, short answers, and little details, making it hard to understand in your argument for spam. At the end of the day, this is a sound money problem, which I would much rather deal with than a substitute money problem which leads to a whole lot of more problems. I believe there are extremely intelligent individuals on both sides of this argument. I believe they are extremely intelligent individuals on both sides of this argument who are significant to bitcoin. And I believe our bitcoiner integrity will guide us in the right direction. If there is alternative motivation for individuals to choose the wrong path, bitcoin will eventually show us who those people are and their alternative motivations. The Bitcoiner ideology is the one thing we can agree on. Freedom of choice, verifiable, human interaction. As long as we stick to those principles, the path should be clear and those who desire to fork the path will be time stamped with red flags.

Gm, not only is there the spam debate in bitcoin, we also have the misunderstanding that bitcoin is a store of value before it is a medium of exchange. Not only are we early, but we might not be at the email stage of the Internet. We just learned to connect the phone cord to the Internet.
