เวลาเราบอกว่าคนเราควรมีความเมตตาต่อกันเยอะๆ ควรเข้าใจกัน อย่างไรเสียเราก็เป็นแค่มนุษย์คนนึง คำพูดนี้ไม่มีอะไรผิดเลยนะ ถูกต้องแล้วที่เราควรเมตตาต่อกัน แต่คำถามคือ คุณเมตตาให้กับคนที่คุณเกลียดได้เท่ากับเวลาที่คุณเรียกร้องให้คนอื่นเมตตาคนที่คุณรักหรือเปล่า ถ้าทำได้ก็ยินดีด้วย เราต้องการคนแบบคุณเยอะๆ แต่ถ้าทำไม่ได้ก็ควรเข้าใจว่าความเมตตาเป็นสิ่งที่เราสมัครใจหยิบยื่นให้กัน ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่จะมาบังคับกันได้ว่าคุณควรเมตตาคนนั้นคนนี้ ในขณะที่ตัวคุณเองยังเกลียดศัตรูของคุณอยู่ ถ้าจะเมตตาก็เมตตาให้เท่าๆ กันไม่ใช่เมตตาเฉพาะคนที่คุณรัก เพราะไม่ว่าใครก็ต้องการความรัก ความเมตตาด้วยกันทั้งนั้นรวมถึงคนที่คุณเกลียด ถ้าเราเมตตาให้คนคนนึงได้ เราก็ควรมีเมตตาต่อคนที่ไม่สามารถมอบความเมตตานั้นให้คนอื่นได้ด้วยหรือเปล่า ถ้าเราเข้าใจได้ว่าคนคนนึงอาจผิดพลาดไปโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เราก็ควรพยายามเข้าใจด้วยหรือเปล่าว่าการที่คนคนนึงไม่สามารถให้อภัยหรือเมตตาคนอื่นได้อาจเพราะเขาเคยประสบพบเจอบางอย่างและเจ็บปวดกับเรื่องราวนั้นมาจนไม่อาจวางมันลงได้ในขณะนี้ ไม่อาจมองในมุมคนอื่นนอกจากคนที่เจ็บปวดและไม่อยากเจอเรื่องนี้อีก ถ้าเมตตาต่อความผิดพลาดของคนอื่นได้ ทำไมเราถึงไม่เมตตา เห็นอกเห็นใจคนที่ต้องเจ็บปวด ทุกคนล้วนผิดพลาดได้แต่ทุกความผิดพลาดย่อมมีคนเจ็บปวด เราสามารถเมตตาต่อคนอื่นได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องบังคับให้คนอื่นเมตตาหรือเห็นใจต่อสิ่งใดเหมือนเรา ถ้าอยากให้เขามองในมุมเรา เราก็ควรเมตตาต่อเขาและมองในมุมของเขาก่อนเช่นกัน ไม่ใช่บอกว่าคุณต้องเมตตาทุกคนเหมือนฉันสิ ทำไมคุณไม่รู้จักมีเมตตาเลย การบังคับให้คนอื่นจงมีเมตตาในตัวมันเองก็คือการไม่เมตตาต่อคนคนนั้น #rerun #Siamstr
