Four of the five babies so far! Four eggs left in the nest. She has brought them out for food and water now and doesn't seem to want to go back to the nest... Hoping she's just cooling everyone off a bit and will go back before long 🤞

I was happy to see the babies come out to eat! We've got six happy chicks, had two losses, and still have nine waiting to hatch. I put fourteen eggs under her so I guess she continued laying after she started sitting.
