The bill cites studies arguing homosexuality can be "corrected" and that it is not innate but acquired through "immoral behavior," while proposing fines for offenders. The draft law introduces penalties for "propaganda of pedophilia, homosexuality, and transgenderism," with fines ranging from 17,000 UAH for individuals to over 51,000 UAH for legal entities. Ser a favor da pena de morte não significa aprová-la em qualquer caso, mas apenas naqueles que se a considera como uma punição justa por um crime grave. Logo, não há contradição alguma em ser pró-vida (contra o aborto) e a favor desse tipo de punição; uma vez que é fácil ver o aborto como uma pena de morte injusta. No entanto, aqueles que são a favor do aborto, são de fato a favor da pena de morte. E de uma claramente injusta, já que o feto não pode ter cometido crime algum. Então, são estes que entram em contradição, no caso de aprovarem o primeiro e se dizerem contra o outro. Quem não entende isso é jumento.
