From 2017-2021, I listened almost exclusively to Bitcoin podcasts.
Nowadays it’s almost all audiobooks.

Core v30 is not an existential threat to Bitcoin. Bitcoin will be just fine.
And part of why it will be fine is enough Bitcoiners are taking mitigating measures: by not upgrading, by running Knots, and by speaking out about it.
As a result, more Bitcoiners are running nodes now than ever. And never again will nodes blindly update to the latest version. That is a great victory.

The Way is simple, but not always easy.
The concept of “blue chip crypto” is a psyop. There is Bitcoin, and there are Bitcoin affinity scams. That is all.
History was made yesterday.
Though I have a suspicion market moves like this (up and down) will look minuscule compared to what’s coming.
Most won’t learn their lesson from yesterday. They’ll continue to degen into scamcoins, NFTs, meme stocks. They’ll go leverage long. They won’t save in Bitcoin or focus on their craft.
But some will.
If you’re not a Bitcoin maximalist, the question is how much pain will it take?
Some people are so poor all they have is money. There is more to life.
