Given how many naughty profiles have recently sprung up on #Nostr , it seems like an opportune time to remind folks of ways to follow such accounts more privately.
First, if you just want to be able to view their content from time to time, you can create a private list at highlighter.com with the npubs you want to see. If you use a client like #Amethyst or #Onyx, you can view notes from this list in the app by changing "All Follows" at the top of your feed to your list name.
Of course, if you also want to be able to interact with those notes and zap them without others seeing it was you, spinning up a new key pair is the way to go. Connect it to a new wallet with WoS, Alby, or any number of other services and start zapping those #nASStr pics. Again, if you use Amethyst or Onyx, switching between your main Nostr profile and your alt for naughty content is easy. Maybe then @Derek Ross wouldn't get in hot water with the Mrs for zapping SWs. 😉
And don't forget to use a VPN #plebchain ! That goes for whether you are following porn npubs or not.
