In practice, have you found that there are multiple “owners” of the same blob/hashes?

@hzrd149 - question about blossom: If the unique identifier to a blob is the hash of the blob, does this mean only one npub can upload a specific blob/hash? Meaning only one npub could have ownership over the blob storage for say the Bitcoin Whitepaper. Is there a way for copies of the same file to be attributed to multiple npubs?
