From the depths of my heart, I want to thank every one of you who stayed beside me throughout these difficult months - whether through your zaps, your messages, or simply your presence and care. In moments when the world around me felt heavy and uncertain, your kindness reminded me that I was not alone. I also want to say that I shared parts of my journey here not only as updates, but also to connect and socialize with people - to feel closer to a community that has been incredibly supportive and human. There are so many people I wish I could thank individually, but the truth is that the love and support have been far greater than I ever expected. I’m afraid that naming some would only mean unintentionally forgetting others whose support meant just as much to me. What this experience has shown me is that even a small community, connected through sincerity and humanity, can create something truly powerful. We came here not only to share ideas or art, but to lift each other up, to grow together, and to build a sense of connection that feels increasingly rare in today’s centralized and disconnected world. In the middle of darkness, you reminded me that kindness still exists. And for that, I will carry deep gratitude in my heart. Sending all my love, respect, and friendship back to you. Pegah 💜❤️🧡

After 88 days of blackout, the internet is finally beginning to return. According to NetBlocks, around 86% of people now have access again - something that felt almost impossible not long ago. But this is still far from normal life. Heavy restrictions and filtering remain, and no one knows how long this fragile access will continue or when it could disappear again. What these months have done to people is difficult to fully describe. Businesses built over years have collapsed, many workers have lost their jobs, and the emotional and psychological weight forced onto people during this silence has been immense. The scale of the damage caused by this shutdown is truly hard to comprehend.

Be part of my yoga journey 🤸🏽‍♀️. Maybe one day I’ll do a live yoga performance on Zap.stream. Who knows? 😊😇

My internet access is still heavily restricted, and I know it’s reflected in how little I’ve been able to post lately. But I wanted to share a small update with you. The silk Bitcoin rug is finally complete. The custom piece I created for one of the Nostriches is finished as well, and I’m now preparing a short teaser before sharing the final result. I’ve also completed the sketch for a new rug design and have started working on its colors. Honestly, seeing these works come to life has given me strength through all of this. Yoga remains part of my daily life too, and lately I’ve been practicing for a performance art piece that I’ll be presenting next month. In difficult times, creating art becomes a way of staying alive. As long as something beautiful can still be created, life continues. 🧶🤸🏽‍♀️🌱

It’s honestly heartbreaking. The internet in Iran has been shut down for 76 days, yet hardly anyone talks about it or seems to care.

How much would you be able to endure under these conditions? image

The other day, I asked a friend how he was surviving with the internet cut off. He simply replied, ‘I’m not making any income.’ It broke something inside me. 😥 I wonder if people truly understand that millions of Iranians are watching their lives and livelihoods collapse because of this shutdown. Today is the 69th day that most people in Iran have had no internet access.

Internet cut. Starlink confiscated. Users criminalized. A bitter reality of life here.
