I've noticed Gmail didn't deliver my messages while we spend tough time in Iran Gmail didn't allow me to use it.
Oh noooo 😢😔🥺
The internet connection is unstable, and the speed has significantly decreased. I’m not sure how many people are able to see or read my posts.
Could the devs take this into consideration, given that internet access in Iran is often very slow and limited? We need reliable VPN solutions that can be downloaded and function properly even with low connection speeds.
Love, hope, desire, fire, life, freedom- resistance and endurance- alongside fear, despair, pain, grief, and death.
How can one soul carry all of this at the same time?
And yet, this moment in Iran's history has remade us.
We have given lives, but we have not bent before tyranny.

I hold a wish for enduring peace for my country.

As though a foreign people have come to dwell among us,
and we are made strangers in our native land.
The world is delivered into the hands of the base,
and the righteous perish for the sin of their virtue.

I practice yoga more than before, because we need to be strong and never give up. ✌🏽💪🏽🤸🏽♀️
Who knows-maybe we’ll grow wings,
Maybe laughter will return to us.
Don’t ask what we went through,
Don’t ask how much we endured.
Who knows-maybe the night has ended.
Even though, in both your calendar and mine, there is nothing but winter,
Even though living in these conditions isn’t easyـ
No, it really isn’t easy.
Even though our dreams are confined to sleep and imagination,
Endure as much as you can, because it’s always been this wayـ
Yes, it’s always been this way.
You and I survived, and we lived through hardship.
Past, present, futureـ
You and I are heirs to pain.
You and I are heirs to pain.
You and I survived, and we lived through hardship.
For just a moment of peace, we did everything we possibly couldـ
Everything we could.
Even though our sorrow is old,
Even though our table is never full,
Even though our exhaustion is beyond imagination,
Even though there’s no sign of light in our nights,
Endure as much as you canـ
Because the sun is not an accident.
You and I survived, and we lived through hardship.
Past, present, futureـ
You and I are heirs to pain.
You and I are heirs to pain.
You and I survived, and we lived through hardship.
For just a moment of peace, we did everything we could-
Everything we could.

Iran is in an extremely fragile state. Inflation is rising every day, and the Iranian rial has collapsed. People’s protests were met with brutal violence. Both the internal and external situation of the country are tense and uncertain. We are living in one of the darkest periods imaginable-something unprecedented in modern world history.

Every time I listen to this song, it brings me to tears- for all those whose loved ones were killed, and for all the dreams that were destroyed. 😭😭😭

I’m online for now. Internet access is extremely limited, and we go days without a connection. Given recent events and rising regional tensions, the situation is critical. Thank you all for your concern. I won’t forget your kindness.

In me lies what takes life: life
The number of images of those who were killed is so overwhelming that even talking about them is deeply disturbing. You nurture a seed so it can grow, and you spend years waiting for it to become a strong, beautiful tree. Every person who was killed had lived through many ups and downs, yet in a single moment everything ended, and in the blink of an eye, a home was plunged into darkness that will never fully lift.
I am still alive, but the depth of the tragedy we have lived through over the past two weeks is unimaginable. We are living in the 21st century, yet people in Iran are still fighting for the most basic human rights. Innocent people were killed-those who were simply protesting and had no means to defend themselves against this violence. They were only demanding the right to live a normal life.
Let us pray for the families of more than 15,000 people who were killed in just two days. It’s impossible to imagine the emptiness left behind-the lives and love that were taken.
