Once Trump is able to take control of Venezuela’s oil, European countries will no longer need to buy oil from the Middle East, and their dependence on it will decrease. By possessing the world’s largest oil reserves, the United States can free itself from reliance on Arab countries and begin selling Venezuelan oil. That is why all these wars are not without reason - they are purely for the personal interests of powerful nations. It does not matter to them how authoritarian rulers treat their own people. What truly matters is the struggle for power and financial gain, so they can remain at the top of the world’s greatest powers.
